Pan Fried Fish Tail

Clean the fish tail and put it in the dish
2.
Sprinkle some salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Use kitchen paper to dry the marinated fish
4.
After heating the pan, brush a layer of oil in the pan
5.
Put the fish in the pot and code it
6.
Close the lid and fry slowly
7.
Flip the fish over and fry again until golden on both sides,
8.
Wash coriander and cut into small pieces
9.
Put the fried fish on the plate and sprinkle in the coriander.
Tips:
1: The fish has to be marinated for a while before it tastes good, try to dry the water and then fry in the pan
2: When frying, be sure to fry slowly throughout the whole process
