Pan-fried Foie Gras and Mushroom Risotto

Wash and slice mushrooms for later use.

The foie gras does not need to be cleaned and cut into pellets directly.

Fry the foie gras in a hot pan for 1 minute. Ps. You don’t need to add oil when you stir fry the foie gras~

Add the mushrooms and soft rice and stir fry for 2 minutes.

After being fried, let it cool and prepare it for your baby. PS: Older babies can be fried with salt.

Use a knife to draw a cross on the tip of the tomato, blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds, remove it and place it in cold water.
