Pan Fried Sticky Bean Buns
1.
Prepare ingredients and fry as much as you eat. There are two ways to fry the sticky bean buns. One is to steam the sticky bean buns on a drawer, and then cool them slightly. When the sticky bean buns are not sticking to each other, fry them in a pan. The second is to buy frozen glutinous bean buns, do not need to steam, directly fry in the pan. This requires a little more oil. After the frozen bean buns are put into the pot, fry them on a low heat. Add half a bowl of water, cover the pot, and simmer until there is no water, which is equivalent to steaming completely. When there is no water, turn and fry until the surface is crispy. Anyone you like can try it.
2.
Brush a thin layer of base oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, put it in a cool sticky bean bag, and fry slowly over a medium-to-low heat.
3.
Fry on one side until the bean bun can be pushed with a shovel, turn it over and fry the other side.
4.
You can do this twice, until the sticky bean buns are fried on both sides until they are burnt and crispy, then turn off the heat.
