Pan-fried Yellow Wall Fish

Remove the scales and internal organs of the yellow wall fish, wash and drain the water, and then scratch the fish.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden on both sides.

Sprinkle with salt, shredded ginger, shredded pepper, add water, cover and simmer for a few minutes.
