Papaya and Tremella Soup

1. Soak the white fungus in clean water for 15 minutes, peel the papaya and remove its flesh.

2. Cut papaya into small pieces.

3. Put 2 bowls of water in the milk pan, put the white fungus and red dates and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Add papaya and cook for 5 minutes, add rock sugar and cook until the sugar melts, turn off the heat.

5. The delicious white fungus and papaya syrup is ready.
