I'm going out to play soon, all the fruits in the house are too ripe to preserve and consume them immediately. I think it's best to make jam!

Ingredients

Passion Custard Fruit Jam

1. 1 ripe custard apple

2. 2 passion fruit

3. Peel and core the custard apple

4. Put the pulp into the food processor and add some water

5. Passion fruit is all two, use a spoon to scoop out the juice inside

6. Add passion fruit juice to the cooking machine

7. Start the machine

8. Filter beaten juice

9. The filtered juice is heated on a low heat

10. Add appropriate amount of sugar and keep stirring

11. Stir-fry until the juice thickens into jam

Tips:

When making the juice, add a little water because the amount is too small and it won't make it. Don't add too much, or it will take too long to fry until it becomes jam.
