Ingredients

1. Prepare the materials

2. Steamed Chinese Yam

3. Custard apple peeled and seeded

4. Use a stirring rod to puree

5. This is whipped puree

6. The steamed yam is peeled and placed in a fresh-keeping bag

7. Use a rolling pin to make mud

8. This is pressed yam mud

9. Add the custard apple puree and mix well

10. Fill the mud into the mousse circle

11. Demold

13. Add some cold water to the blueberry jam

14. Just pour it on the yam mud
