Pasta with Intestines
1.
Prepare all the ingredients.
2.
Cut the beef sausage into equal length pieces
3.
Take a small piece of beef sausage and pass the dried pasta through the middle of the intestine. Approximately 6-7 pieces of pasta are worn in each segment of the intestine.
4.
Put all the pasta on one by one. This weight is probably for two people.
5.
Cut the onion into fine pieces with a knife, and chop the garlic into pieces with a knife, and set aside.
6.
Add more water to the multi-function pot, boil on high heat until it boils, and then put the pasta into the pot.
7.
Boil the pasta until tender. Pasta is more difficult to cook, so you need to cook it according to the recommended time on the package. This kind of pasta worn in the middle of the intestines will be more difficult to cook, so it takes longer than normal pasta.
8.
Take out the cooked pasta, drain the water, and stir in a little olive oil.
9.
Put the oil in the pot, add the onion and garlic after the oil is heated, and fry the aroma.
10.
Add tomato paste. Tomato paste is thicker than tomato sauce and tomato sauce. It is an indispensable seasoning for borscht and red braised beef brisket.
11.
Then add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil on high heat until boiling, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar to taste.
12.
Pour all the pasta into the pot, stir-fry the pasta and sauce with chopsticks, so that the pasta is covered with sauce.
13.
After mixing well, you can serve it on the plate. Sprinkle some freshly ground black pepper on the surface when you eat it.
Tips:
1. The beef sausage I use is thicker than ordinary ham sausage. One cut of beef sausage can wear about 8 sticks of pasta. If you use normal ham sausage, wear about 5 sticks. Be careful not to break the pasta.
2. The cooking time for each type of pasta will vary, usually about ten minutes, and there will be a reminder on the pasta packaging. In order to avoid the pasta being worn in the intestines being unripe, it is necessary to cook for two more minutes.
