Pea Yellow

Wash the peas, soak in water overnight, and rinse the soaked peas with running water

Then boil in a pot under cold water, turn to a low heat and cook slowly until the peas bloom and become crisp

The agar is soaked in warm water, and the crispy peas are sieved and crushed into bean paste

Add sugar to the pea paste, pour it back into the pot, stir and fry on low heat

Fry until the pea paste is very viscous, pour into the soaked agar, and remove from the heat when it is completely melted
