Peach Blossoms---stunning Yam

The bergamot yam is steamed.

Peel the yam skin off.
3.
Cut into small pieces for later use.
4.
Remove the outer crusty layer of dragon fruit.
5.
Peel off the peeled pitaya.
6.
Cut into filaments and add 3 scoops of rock sugar powder.
7.
Put it in the food processor and add a cup of pure water.
8.
Beat for 1 minute and see that the pitaya has been beaten very delicately.
9.
Yam cubes are placed on the plate.
10.
Use a spoon to add the pitaya puree.

Decorate with peach blossoms. . .
Tips:
Because rock sugar powder is less sweet than white sugar, it needs more taste. If you don't have rock sugar powder, you can use sugar or honey instead.
