Peanut Walnut Crisp

A bowl of peanut and walnut dew from the filtered residue, pour it into a non-stick pan and turn on a low heat to collect the water.

Keep the fire low until the water vapor dries out.

Cut the butter into small pieces to soften it.

Add sugar.

Add low flour.

Add baking soda.

Add baking powder.

Add salt.

Knead and mix evenly, add an egg, and continue to knead into a dough.

Add the fried peanuts and walnut dregs, mix well and knead into a dough.

Stand still for about half an hour.

Make the shape by hand, preheat the oven at 170℃, bake for about 25 minutes, and the surface is colored.

Tips:
Peanuts and walnut dregs should be fried in advance before using. The coarse granulated sugar I used was not completely melted when baking, and it tasted better, crunchy. If you don't have one, you can use regular sugar. The baking time and heat must be in place, so that it will be crispy and fragrant after being baked.
