Pickled Fish

Wash the fresh fish and slice it with a knife! Cut green onion and ginger into sections, mince garlic, and cut sauerkraut into thin strips, set aside!

Cut the fish fillets, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, pepper, some cornstarch, and marinate for 20 minutes!

Start the pot and cook oil, add bean paste, dried pepper, chili, stir fry until fragrant, add sauerkraut and fry until fragrant! Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add side dishes, bean sprouts, tofu skin, shiitake mushrooms, etc., and bring to a boil!

Take out the side dishes and reserve the sauerkraut soup in the pot!

Put the marinated fish in the pot and cook for two minutes! Scoop it out and spread it on top of the side dishes!

Add minced garlic, chopped green onion, pepper, chili, drizzle hot oil, and sauté!
Tips:
The fish can’t be cooked for too long, the meat is smooth and tender!
