Pickled Radish Dish

Choose clean radish vegetables and let them dry for one day.

Open, wash, and drain.

Cut a few slits into the root of the vegetable, cut into small pieces of suitable length, I plan to dry it, and cut it about 3 cm.

Cut them and put them in a clean basin without water and oil, add a layer of salt and place a layer of vegetables, separated by three layers.

The bottle should be water-free and oil-free. Tilt the mouth of the bottle, connect it to the basin, put the vegetables into the bottle, and press it firmly, and discard the excess water.
