Piggy Fruit Cake
1.
First use fondant to prepare the pig’s ears and nose, because it takes time to dry out.
2.
The baked 8-inch thick cake base is just 5 eggs for an ordinary 8-inch cake, and 6 eggs for this recipe. There are special heightening molds for sale. Then shape the cake into an oval shape.
3.
Add sugar to the cream, whip the whipped cream to 7 and distribute.
4.
Make mango fruit sandwich.
5.
For the creamy noodles, this has a curvature, which is inconvenient to use with a spatula. I used a plastic scraper to scrape it, because it is soft and can be curved.
6.
Take two biscuits for eyes, plug in ears and nose, and squeeze a circle of cream flowers on the cake. Squeeze two legs at the bottom of the cake.
7.
I made 3 small dots with cream on the biscuit, and my eyes immediately became energized. Cut some fruits and place them on top, then brush with transparent fruit paste.
8.
Cute little pig.
