Pigtail Peanut Papaya Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients: papaya, dried oysters, pork tail with bone, peanuts, ginger.
2.
Wash the pigtails and cut into sections, peel the papaya and cut into pieces, soak the dried oysters for a while and wash. Soak the peanuts in advance, peel the ginger and pat flat.
3.
Boil some water and blanch the pigtails to remove some of the fat.
4.
Pick up and rinse with cold water.
5.
Put all the ingredients in an electric pressure cooker.
6.
Add clean water.
7.
Just keep it level with the ingredients. (About 5 rice bowls of water)
8.
Cover the electric pressure cooker cover, adjust and select the soup function, press it to start working.
9.
After the electric pressure cooker automatically releases the pressure, open the lid, add salt and chicken powder, stir evenly, scoop up and eat.
Tips:
Pork tail bones can be blanched first to remove excess oil. After the soup is cooked, don’t rush to open the lid if you have time, and let it simmer for about 30 minutes to make it softer. Those who don't like ginger can leave it alone.
