Pineapple Sauce

The pineapple is cleaned and cut into small pieces.

Put it in a mixing cup and beat it into puree.

Pour the pureed pineapple into the pot, boil it on high heat, turn to medium and low heat and simmer slowly, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

Stir-fry for about 10 minutes, then add fine sugar.

Slowly stir and fry until thick and then turn off the heat.
6.
Put the pineapple sauce in a clean container, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
7.
As soon as they were cooked, the children couldn’t wait to eat them.

The taste is very good.
Tips:
Do not use an iron pan for Ao jam; the amount of sugar can be adjusted by yourself.
