Pizza with Bacon, Mushroom and Mixed Vegetables

The pizza base made before is frozen and preserved. Take it out and thaw it naturally.

Prepare sliced asparagus, shallots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon (forgot to shoot).

The thawed pizza is rolled out a bit bigger, a circle larger than the pizza pan.

Put some shredded mozzarella cheese around, keeping a distance from the edge.

Fold the sides of the pie and wrap the cheese.

Transfer to a greased pizza pan and fork rows of small eyes on the bottom of the cake.

Brush the bottom of the pie with pizza sauce and sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese.

Place a layer of bacon and then sliced mushrooms.

Sprinkle some shredded cheese.

Brush the edge of the pie with egg mixture, put it into the middle layer of the preheated 200 degree oven, and bake for 10 minutes.

Take out and put in vegetables. I added green onions, asparagus, peppers, and small tomatoes.
12.
Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese.
13.
Put it in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
