Pork Belly and Bean Soup

Home-grown long beans, wash and cut into sections for later use

Cut garlic and ginger and set aside

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices, stir-fry in a pan to get the oil, then add ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant
4.
Pour in the beans and stir fry for a while
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and moisten the beans
6.
Cover the pot and cook for 30 minutes, until soft
7.
Then add salt and pepper to taste
8.
Simple and nutritious soup.
