Pork Chop with Barbecued Pork Sauce

Prepare the condiments for barbecued pork sauce and oyster sauce;

Tips:
1. If the meat is not thick, just pat one side when loosening the meat;
2. The meat must be cooked well. The pork must not have the slightest raw meat, otherwise it will cause serious problems.
