Pork Floss Soda Crackers

Brush the soda biscuits with a layer of olive oil to stick to the floss. After baking, the biscuits still have a crispy texture.

Spread the meat floss on the biscuits, leaving gaps on the four edges, not covering them all.

Cut the flaky cheese in half.

Cover the flaky cheese on the floss.

Arrange the biscuits into the baking tray and preheat the oven 180 degrees.

Put the baking tray on the top of the oven and bake for 5 minutes; if the cheese is not colored, set the oven to 200 degrees, and bake for another minute (watch it at any time, don't leave it to prevent the biscuits from becoming mushy).
