Pork Knuckles with Oyster Sauce
1.
Cut the pork knuckles into pieces.
2.
Wash and cut sharp peppers.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of fresh soup to the pot, and then add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce.
4.
Bring it to a boil with a small fire.
5.
Put in the chopped pork knuckles.
6.
The small fire burned the pig's knuckles through.
7.
Add hot peppers and stir-fry evenly.
8.
After the juice has been collected a little bit, the heat can be turned off.
9.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. If there is no fresh soup, just use boiling water, but the taste is worse.
2. Because pork knuckles and oyster sauce have a taste, there is no need to add salt.
