Pork with Dried Plums and Vegetables
1.
Put the meat in cold water and cook for about fifteen minutes. Just pierce the chopsticks through.
2.
Plum dried vegetables and homemade salted vegetables, one to one ratio
3.
Soak in cold water for about two hours
4.
After soaking, squeeze out the water, chop and mix together
5.
Cook the meat, remove and drain, and let cool thoroughly
6.
Put a little oil in the pan, turn on the lowest heat, put in the meat that has been dried and cooled thoroughly, with the skin down, and fry slowly on low heat. Be careful not to be scalded by the oil. Turn the meat when the skin is slightly yellow. Fried on every side
7.
Put the fried meat on the cutting board and let it cool thoroughly
8.
Brown sugar and braised soy sauce, mix well
9.
Put in the meat and coat it with a layer of color
10.
Then slice the meat carefully, because the skin is slightly hard after being fried.
11.
Put the meat slices into the brown sugar mixture, and then consider the salt content of the dried plum and salted vegetables. Put a little salt in the meat slices
12.
Mix the meat slices well and marinate for about 15 minutes
13.
Prepare a big bowl and spread the meat slices layer by layer
14.
Pour the brown sugar mixture left over after marinating the meat slices into the dried plums and stir well
15.
Then spread the dried plums evenly on the meat slices, put on the steamer, bring to a boil on high heat, change
16.
After it's steamed, cover it with a plate and buckle it out, and it's ready to be served
Tips:
Without dried salted vegetables, you can also use dried plums, which tastes equally good. The steaming time must be enough, otherwise the meat is not soft enough.
