Potato Cookies

Melt the butter in water, pour in sugar, and mix well

Add the egg mixture three times and stir evenly

Mix the potato flakes and flour and pour all into the butter, stir with a spatula, and mix until there is no dry powder.

Press the dough tightly with your hands, and gently knead it into a smooth ball, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

Take out the dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a uniform thickness after returning to the temperature.

Use a mold to press out the shape

Place the pressed biscuits on a baking tray, put them in the oven, and bake at 150℃ for about 12 minutes.

The biscuits are still slightly wet after they are out of the oven, and they will become brittle after cooling!
