Premixed Powder Version: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 200g chocolate chip cookie mix, 20ml water, 100g unsalted butter.

After the butter is softened, it will be fluffy and whitish.

Add water in two portions and beat until combined.

Add 200 grams of chocolate chip cookie mix powder.

Mix into a dough without dry powder.

Shape it in a short non-stick rectangular biscuit mold and freeze for 1 hour until hard.

Cut into 6 mm thick dough slices and arrange them in a baking pan.

Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, bake at 170°C for 18 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes, and then come out of the oven.
Tips:
This baking uses chocolate chip cookie mix powder, which contains sugar and cocoa powder, so you only need to add butter, appropriate amount of water or milk to make cookies. If the water is replaced with pure milk, the cookies will have a more milky flavor, and if they are replaced with whole egg liquid, the cookies will have a harder taste. You can make them according to your own preferences.
