Private Preserved Egg Tofu

Material collection.

Lactone tofu.

Put the whole piece on the plate and cut it, no cutting board is needed.

Cut the preserved egg into large cubes and place it on the sliced tofu.

Half a packet of fish spring mustard tuber, washed with water, salted, chopped and sprinkled on top.
6.
Pour 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and drizzle a little sesame oil.
Tips:
If you like ginger, you can add ginger foam. This does not require salt. The mustard and light soy sauce come with salt flavor, but the mustard must be washed and used.
