This is Prunella vulgaris, bought at a Chinese pharmacy. It costs 1 cent per gram to reduce fire and improve eyesight.

This is a smaller abalone, about 18 heads per catty. It is obviously too small for steamed fans. The stew is especially suitable. Choose the most tender piece of lean meat.
