Pumpkin Sticky Rice Bun

Peel the pumpkin, remove the flesh and cut into small pieces.

No need to preheat, put it in the steaming oven, select the pure steaming mode, 100 degrees middle level steaming for 15 minutes

The steamed pumpkin cubes are hot and mashed with sugar.

Add glutinous rice flour, corn starch and make a dough. The reconciled dough is moderately firm and can be shaped without sticking to your hands.

Pumpkin glutinous rice dumplings and red bean paste filling are equally divided into 6 portions.

Roll the pumpkin dough into a round dough and add a bean paste filling.

Close the mouth and round it.

Use a toothpick to press out the pumpkin stripes on the dough, insert the raisins in the middle, and complete all of them in sequence.

Put it in the steaming box without preheating, and select the pure steaming mode to steam and bake at 100 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Let it cool thoroughly before moving it out of the oven, otherwise it will stick to your hands.
Tips:
1. The amount of glutinous rice flour should be adjusted according to the actual situation. 2. Pumpkin pedicles can also be dried cranberries, goji berries, etc. 3. The steaming time should be adjusted appropriately. I use an ACA steamer.
