Tips:
1: It is best not to add water when making the pumpkin paste. I added water and added cornstarch when mixing the noodles. The noodles are not very good and the whole is not very bright.
2: If you don't need a food processor, you can also peel the pumpkin and grab the pumpkin into puree by hand.
3: The bean paste used for pumpkin bean paste rolls is bought ready-made. When using it, dilute it with water and make it easier to wipe.
