Qq Sugar Cocoa Mousse Cake

Mix the QQ sugar with the boiling water that has just been heated, and stir it with a spoon until the QQ sugar melts, making sure to completely turn into liquid

Then put the QQ sugar liquid in cold water to quickly cool down

Whip the whipped cream until there are lines

Add QQ sugar liquid several times in small amounts, preferably adding 2 scoops and stirring once. The mousse is battered after completion

Prepare sponge cake, slice into 2 pieces

Trim the cake to a circle smaller than the mold

Pour half of the mousse batter first, put a piece of cake, pour all the remaining mousse batter, put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, and set it up.

Tips:
1. QQ sugar liquid is not easy to pour in one time, which will cause the liquid to accumulate at the bottom of the container
2. QQ sugar liquid must be completely cooled before adding, if it is hot, it will melt the whipped cream (unfolded)
