Radish Dried Vegetables

Turn the radish vegetables from green to golden yellow to indicate that the pickling is complete. Open the package and pour it out and squeeze out the juice.

Spread the gauze on the sieve, pour the radish vegetables, spread them evenly with chopsticks, the thinner the better.

It is exposed to the sun for a day and put in a big soup bowl.

Put it in a large bowl or other container and place it in an electric pressure cooker (or pressure cooker) to steam.

I use the porridge cooking function, and the pressure cooker will take about 20 minutes.
6.
After steaming, spread it on a sieve and dry until it is completely dry.
