Radish Lamb Soup

Wash the white radish and cut into pieces.

Be prepared for aniseed.

Wash the coriander and finely chop for later use.

Put the lamb bone in the water, add ginger slices and appropriate amount of cooking wine and cook for a few minutes.

Then rinse it off in cold water.
