If the chocolate is not completely melted, use a pot to bring the water to a boil, turn off the heat, and melt the chocolate in water until it is completely melted.

1 Yuanfangzi 300g chocolate contains 100g milk chocolate. I have made it a few times. Yuzi mom prefers bitter taste, so I didn’t buy extra milk chocolate. If you only like bitterness, you need to add a part of milk chocolate~
2 Recommend the dark cocoa powder of Fafna, which is beautiful in color!
3 There are no restrictions on chocolate. It does not matter whether it is imported or domestically produced. Of course, you must choose pure cocoa butter chocolate. If I have to recommend it, Favna is a brand that bakers like to use (available on TB).
4 The taste of this chocolate melts in the mouth and is very soft and waxy. It is also destined to be unable to withstand high temperatures, so it must be refrigerated before tasting. If you want to take it away, you can wrap some cocoa powder and use an ice pack. "Guardian".
5 It is best to eat within 3 days after being coated with cocoa powder. When not eating it, keep it in the refrigerator. The chocolate that is not cut and not coated with cocoa powder can be wrapped in plastic wrap. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
