Red Dates and Longan Tea

Soak the coralline algae in cold water for 1 night.

Rinse with water several times.
3.
Wash the red dates and remove the pits. (The red dates were dried by myself last year.)
4.
Soak longan and wolfberry in water.
5.
Red dates and longan chopped.
6.
Put water, red dates, longan and rock sugar in a small pot and boil.
7.
Chop the coralline algae.
8.
Put it in a pot and cook until it melts and let cool.
9.
Put it into a small mold, put it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes, and it will solidify.
10.
The taste is like agar, with a strong flavor of red dates and longan.
