Red Sausage Pizza

For the finished pizza in the bakery, pierce a few holes with a fork, spread the pizza sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, add green peppers, onions, red sausage, and a small amount of chopped pepper. Repeat this for a few more layers and gently press with your hands.

The upper and lower fires of the oven are preheated for 10 minutes in advance at about 180 degrees respectively. After preheating, the dough is baked in the oven for about 25 minutes. Observe halfway and adjust the fire temperature.

It is very important to observe the heat in the middle. The pizza is basically ready at 20 minutes. If you find that the surface of the pizza is a bit mushy but you want to bake it for a while, you can add a layer of tin foil on the upper layer. Be careful not to burn your skin if you wear gloves.
