Red Snapper Head Soup

The head of a red snapper is half, bigger than my kitchen knife.

Wash the fish head and cut into pieces, cut the onion into sections, and smash the ginger.

Raise a frying pan over high heat, add ginger and green onion to fragrant.

Put the fish head in the pan and fry it slightly.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
6.
After the soup boils for a minute or two, add the green onions.
7.
Season with some salt and add a little pepper.

Fresh and delicious red snapper head soup.
