Red Wine Melon Balls

Tips:
1. Winter melon balls should not be cooked for too long, so as not to affect the crispness.
2. The red wine itself will have a little sour taste, and the sour taste will be stronger after cooking, so you can add rock sugar to taste according to personal preference.
