Refreshing Gorgon Pot

Ingredients.

Dice carrots, take kernels from sweet corn, peel and dice horseshoes, peel and dice yam, soak in brine, soak shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps, and dice green onions.

Boil the water and add the Gorgon blanched water first.

Boil for 20 seconds, then add yam and cook for 1 minute. After fishing, let it cool.

Add oil to the hot pot and saut the shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps on a low heat.

Tips:
