Roast Pork with Dried Beans
1.
Prepare the ingredients ~ after soaking the beans in advance ~ pork slices ~ chopped green onions into small pieces
2.
Heat up the oil in the pan~Put the sugar, pepper, and cinnamon on the plate into the oil~Fry until the sugar changes color and bubbles~This process uses a medium-to-low heat
3.
Pour the pork, green onions and pickled peppers from another plate into the pot and stir fry
4.
Then add the soaked bean segments to the pot and stir fry together
5.
Stir-fry for a while, add hot water to the pot until the pork and beans are submerged, and turn the salt to high heat~
6.
Stew and stir-fry until the juice is collected
7.
Add a little coriander to the plate and garnish
Tips:
Pickled peppers can be added or not ~ because grandpa is delicious and spicy, so we put pickled peppers~ you can put dried peppers without soaking your feet~ you don’t like spicy food or you don’t need to put them~ I use white sugar for coloring, it’s okay if it’s troublesome Omit this step and add soy sauce directly when stewing!
