Salmon Tofu Soup

Take the salmon bones out of the refrigerator and thaw them. The supermarket bought a pack at a 50% discount, and this time used 1/3.

Remove the stems of the fresh shiitake mushrooms and wash them.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and slice the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices.
