Salt Baked Chicken Feet
1.
Main material: 1000g broiler feet. Pick a bigger one, there are about 22 two catties of chicken feet, the meat is thick and easy to cook. Thaw and wash, cut off toenails, and set aside.
2.
Put the sliced ginger pepper in cold water and bring to a boil. Pour 5ml of white wine after the water is boiled.
3.
Boil the chicken feet in water for three minutes. It is better not to exceed three minutes.
4.
Place the blanched chicken feet in cold water immediately and change the water several times until the chicken feet cool quickly.
5.
Drain the chicken feet, add a packet of salted chicken powder, rose salt (normal salt or sea salt, just use rose salt when you have it), mix well, and marinate for about 3 hours. It is recommended to wear gloves and knead and mix well.

Salt-baked chicken noodles.
7.
The marinating process can be turned two to three times. If it is hot, it is best to put it in the refrigerator. The picture shows the marinated chicken feet.
8.
The marinating process can adjust the broth of the baked chicken. The amount of water is about the amount that can submerge the chicken feet, not too much. Add a packet of salted chicken powder and yellow gardenia to make the soup. The chicken feet are colored yellow. It is released by the color of the yellow gardenia and can be broken into pieces. The gardenia fruit will be boiled for a longer time. Before putting the chicken feet, pour in the chicken powder, 5ml of white wine, and sesame oil, and add some salt according to your taste. The soup boiled down the chicken feet.
9.
Put the chicken feet into the soup, bring to a boil, turn to a low heat, the total time is 10 minutes.
10.
After turning off the heat, the chicken feet continue to soak for 5 minutes.
11.
Take out the chicken feet carefully (it is easy to pinch at this time) and place them in a container to cool. After cooling, put it in the bag and put it in the refrigerator. The iced chicken feet are crispy and have a good taste. Easy to air dry without bagging.
Tips:
The soup I used last time to cook chicken feet, I added a little salt, 5ml of white wine, and two gardenias. The color of the chicken feet looks better. There is no need to make the soup again, it saves time and effort and tastes good. πππΈπ»πππ
