Sauerkraut and Douban Soup

Soak sauerkraut overnight in advance

Shredded sauerkraut

Stir fried sauerkraut and ginger slices in a pan

Stir-fry, pour it into a casserole and add water

Pour the bean curd over high heat and bring to a medium-to-small heat

Boil until the douban is soft and rotten for about 30 minutes
