Sausage Meat and Potato Dice

Mash the sausage meat;

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, stir the meat over medium-low heat and set aside, leaving oil on the bottom of the pot;

Stir the lima beans over a medium torch and set aside for later use;
4.
Rinse the diced potatoes with water to remove starch, rinse until the water is clear, and filter the water;

Spread the potatoes in a flat pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, over medium heat, first fry one side until golden brown, turn a few times, continue to flatten and fry again, fry until at least one or two sides of the potatoes are golden brown, set aside;

Add about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pot, pour in the onion diced and sauté until fragrant;
7.
Pour the diced potatoes, add all the seasonings, stir fry for a while, pour in the sausage meat evenly, and it will come out of the pan.
Tips:
1. Americans like to put butter when frying potatoes. You can also add proper amount of butter when frying potatoes, it will be more fragrant;
2. Lima beans are also called lentils, and other beans can be substituted if they are not available at home;
