Scallops in Oyster Sauce

Frozen shelled scallops bought in supermarkets are put in water to thaw naturally.

The thawed scallop meat is blanched in boiling water.

Remove and set aside.

Fill the pot with oil and heat, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add scallops and stir fry quickly.
6.
Add oyster sauce.
7.
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and stir fry quickly.
8.
Add water and starch to thicken.
9.
Stir fry quickly and bring out when the juice is bright.
