Scrambled Eggs with Chive Stalks
1.
Wash the leek stems and set aside two eggs
2.
Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat them, cut the leek stalks into sections
3.
Pour a little more vegetable oil in the pot to save the amount of oil in the fried leek stalks. Turn on high heat. When the oil is smoking, pour in the egg liquid. Due to the high temperature of the oil, the egg stalk is large and the oil absorption is less
4.
Use chopsticks to stir-fry the other side immediately when one side is golden, put the egg cubes into a bowl for later
5.
Stir fry the leek stalks over high heat
6.
Add salt
7.
Put eggs
8.
Stir-fry evenly, the leek stalks have just turned off the heat and are out of the pot
9.
Savoury and delicious, very good!
Tips:
1 The fire of spreading eggs is fast, the eggs with high oil temperature are bigger, and the oil absorption is less.
2 Stir-fry the leek stalks on a high fire, and the speed should be fast. The leek stalks will not be crispy or chewed for a long time
