Sea Matsutake Salad

Rinse the sea matsutake with water.

Boil in boiling water with ginger slices for 1 minute.
3.
Remove and dry, add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste, and mix well.
4.
Heat the pan and pour the oil, add the green onion and chili until fragrant.
5.
Pour the hot spring onion and chili oil onto the sea matsutake and mix well.
6.
Loaded, smooth and Q bombs.
Tips:
I bought wet sea matsutake in a vacuum and can be used directly.
