Seaweed Roll Sushi

Wash and cook the rice first. (If you have glutinous rice at home, you can mix it with fragrant rice and glutinous rice to make it more fragrant)

Fry an omelet. After the omelet is cooled, cut into strips with the cucumber and ham.

After the rice is cooked, let it cool for a while, then pour in the sushi vinegar and stir evenly

Then spread the seaweed on the sushi bamboo curtain, pour the rice on it, flatten it with a spoon, stick it on the seaweed, and then spread a strip of eggs, cucumbers, and ham (you can also put your favorite vegetables and meats) )

Firmly hold the two ends of the bamboo curtain, slowly roll up the rice, and press it for a while to set the shape

Tips:
The rice must be hot, and it’s better to cook the rice harder. I can pack four pieces of sushi with this amount.
