Seaweed Tofu Soup

Change all the ingredients to a knife for later use.

Prepare an egg and starch.

Add a little oil to a small pot and heat the pot, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add the carrots and fry them together, then pour in 3 bowls of water.

Crab-flavored mushrooms, shredded tofu, and seaweed are directly potted under cold water.

When the soup boils, the starch is added with water to turn into water starch, which is slowly poured into the pot.

Add salt and white pepper.

Tips:
1. The bowl for adding water here is four inches, and the water volume can be adjusted by itself.
2. Carrots are more nutritious when they are cooked thoroughly, so it is better to fry them.
