Secret Steamed River Crab

Put 40 grams of chopped green onion and 8 grams of chopped ginger into a 230 grams container of soy sauce, stir well, and set aside for later use.

Clean the river crab with a toothbrush, put it in a clean pot, then evenly sprinkle the prepared soy sauce on the crab, cover the pot, press the pot with a heavy object to prevent the crab from running out, leave it for 20-30 minutes, each time Flip the crabs for five minutes, and turn the crabs underneath that have not been soaked in soy sauce.
