Eating noodles by yourself will always make do with it. But improvise can't be fooled. Today’s simple noodles are tossed with eggs and chili. Add shacha sauce to add freshness. The noodles taste delicious.

Shacha Egg Chili Noodles

1. Prepare noodles, eggs, hot peppers and shacha sauce;

2. Remove the stems and seeds of the hot pepper, and cut into thin strips;

3. When the water in the pot boils, add the noodles and spread them out with chopsticks;

4. After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water and let them cool, then remove and drain;

5. When cooking the noodles, pour a little oil in another wok. When the oil is 70 to 80% hot, pour in the beaten egg liquid and quickly spread it out with chopsticks;

6. Pour the shredded pepper into the pot and stir fry a few times;

7. Add a little salt according to taste;

8. Two more tea spoons of Shacha sauce;

9. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of hot water to mix the noodles, and out of the pot.

Tips:

1. This side is for one person;
2. After the noodles are cooked, cool the water to prevent them from clumping together, and the noodles are more refreshing.
