Shacha Egg Chili Noodles

Prepare noodles, eggs, hot peppers and shacha sauce;

Remove the stems and seeds of the hot pepper, and cut into thin strips;

When the water in the pot boils, add the noodles and spread them out with chopsticks;

After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water and let them cool, then remove and drain;

When cooking the noodles, pour a little oil in another wok. When the oil is 70 to 80% hot, pour in the beaten egg liquid and quickly spread it out with chopsticks;

Pour the shredded pepper into the pot and stir fry a few times;

Add a little salt according to taste;

Two more tea spoons of Shacha sauce;
9.
Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of hot water to mix the noodles, and out of the pot.
Tips:
1. This side is for one person;
2. After the noodles are cooked, cool the water to prevent them from clumping together, and the noodles are more refreshing.
