Shredded Pork with Green Pepper (homemade Version)

Shred the local pork, add starch, pepper, edible oil, salt, chicken bouillon, and egg whites and grab them with your hands!

Shred the green pepper and set aside!
3.
Shred old ginger, slice garlic, mince watercress, and set aside a few peppers.
4.
Get out of the pot and burn oil, stir fry and stop cooking, and out of the pot!
Tips:
Add some oil when marinating the shredded pork so that the shredded pork does not stick together!
